About Wardwell Saw Sharpeners
The Wardwell line of saw sharpeners was acquired in July 1986 from Wardwell Manufacturing Company of Cleveland. The Wardwell 57T Saw Sharpener is used by manufacturers who use a large quantity of metal slitting saws, or thin blade type milling cutters.
Leland Gifford stopped building new saw sharpeners a few years ago. We do however still support the Wardwell Product line and sell many of the replacement parts needed for your used machines.
In May of 2011, Leland Gifford, Inc. was purchased by D&L Machine Co. of Akron, Ohio. At which time the company’s name was changed to Leland Gifford Products, LLC, and the entire operation was moved to their facility at 1029 Arlington Circle, Akron, Ohio 44306.
